Terms of service

These terms apply to every order you place on undobags.com. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

1. About us

undobags.com is operated by UndoBags, Huygensstraat 16, 3521 VN Utrecht, the Netherlands. Email: farisbo2006@gmail.com. Further business details are listed on our Contact Information page.

2. Our products

We sell cosmetic skincare products. Please read the product page and the label (ingredients, directions and warnings) before use, and patch test before first use. Product photos are for illustration. Colours and packaging may vary slightly. We don't make medical claims, and individual experiences vary.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency of your market: pounds sterling (GBP) in the United Kingdom and euros (EUR) in the Netherlands.
  • Prices include the VAT we are required to charge at checkout. Delivery charges, and any import charges described in our Shipping Policy, are shown before you pay.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • If we discover an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

4. Your order and our contract

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you our order confirmation.
  • If we can't accept or fulfil your order (for example, if an item is unavailable), we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
  • These terms and the contract are in English.

5. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery times, costs, tracking and import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you or to someone you've nominated. They become yours once we have received full payment.

6. Cancellation and returns

UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel. How to cancel, who pays return postage, the hygiene-seal exception and refund timing are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. You can cancel online at undobags.com/pages/cancel-order.

7. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (UK). In the EU, goods must conform to the contract. Your remedies are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. These rights apply in full to discounted and sale items.

8. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes are valid for the period and conditions shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order, and codes can't be exchanged for cash. Using a discount never reduces your statutory rights.

9. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses.

10. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one happens, we'll tell you as soon as possible. If there is a significant delay, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email us at farisbo2006@gmail.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 14 days.

13. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country where you live. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. UK consumers can use the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where they live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
